Cancellation Policy: Client agrees that it is Client's responsibility to notify Coach no less than 24 hours in advance of scheduled session if cancellation or rescheduling is needed. Coach understands a busy life and offers rescheduling of session as long as it is communicated to Coach more than 24 hours in advance from the scheduled date of your session. 
 
Refunds: Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited and Coach will not be able to issue a refund. No full refunds on coaching packages in progress, even if the Client does not complete the full term. No refunds on coaching packages canceled with less than 24 hours in advance. 
 
Termination: Coach reserves the right to cancel any ongoing sessions or coaching package if at any point they feel it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue, if the Client displays any sign of disrespect or if Client repeatedly crosses professional Somatica® Method boundaries (no kissing, clothes on at all time, two way touch with mutual consent and no touch towards orgasm) or mutually established personal boundaries. If Coach terminates the sessions/package, Client is financially responsible only for the time used of the services received. 
 
Limited Liability: Except where expressly stated in this agreement, Coach makes no guarantee, Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. 
 
Confidentiality: Coach will not disclose client’s name or identifying information. General topics may be broadly discussed with other coaches or in marketing materials.
